Registration is open to both Partnership members and non-members.

Partnership members will need to log into their Memberclicks account to access member pricing. If you don’t have a Memberclicks account or don’t know your login information, please complete this form.

Your registration includes full access to recordings of all workshops after the conference!

Super Early Bird Registration - Until June 30th

Survivors & Students*: $25 | Members: $149 | Non-Members: $199

Early Bird Registration - July 1 - August 31

Survivors & Students*: $49 | Members: $199 | Non-Members: $279

Regular Registration - September 1 - November 3rd

Survivors & Students*: $49 | Members: $249 | Non-Members: $349

Registration Deadline & Payment terms

Registration will remain open until midnight on the final day of the conference.

You may choose to pay via credit card at time of registration, or by invoice at a later date if registering by 4:00pm on October 29th. Registrations after this deadline will need to be paid via credit or debit card.

PLEASE NOTE: All invoices are due by close of business on 10/29/2021, after which any unpaid registrations will be cancelled.

Transfer & Cancellation Policies

Super Early Bird Registrations are non-refundable, but participant substitutions are permitted with a $50 registration transfer fee. The Partnership must be notified of intent to transfer registration by Friday, October 29th. Substituted participant must register by the start of the conference on November 1st. Registrations after October 29th are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For all other registration types:
• A full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be given until the October 29th deadline
• If participants cancel their registrations after the deadline they will be billed the full price of registration.
• Participant substitutions are permitted with notification by October 29th. Substituted participant must register by the start of the conference on November 1st.
